Shipping and Delivery: All orders are shipped through UPS or FEDEX to arrive within 2 business days of the shipping date. The cost is determined by the amount of products shipped and the location of the delivery address. Bluewater will use the least expensive means of shipping unless the customer prefers to use either UPS or FEDEX. In order avoid additional shipping charges, orders must be placed by noon on Wednesday to arrive by Friday. All orders placed after that time with be rush delivery for arrival on Friday or Saturday or shipped out on the following Monday, depending on the customer’s preference. We only ship to the continental United States. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii. Products ordered together may be shipped separately, unless the customer requests that they all be shipped together.
Return Policy: Although it is highly unlikely, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at (844) 469-2722 within 3 days of the delivery date. If your package arrives damaged, please retain all contents of the package, which may be picked up and returned to Bluewater for inspection. Upon inspection, if Bluewater determines that negligence on our part or our shipper resulted in the damaged product, we will refund the full amount of the order to the customer. However, due to the nature of our product for reasons other than damages caused by shipping.
Payment Information: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders.
