You will need:

4 Bluewater crab cakes or 8 crab balls
4 Tablespoons of sour cream
2 Ounces of dry white wine
2 Pieces or dry white bread
¼ Pound of melted butter
Pam or cooking oil
(makes 4 servings)

  • Preheat oven to bake at 375 degrees
  • Mix crab cakes or crab balls with sour cream and white wine in a large bowl
  • Place mixture in a greased cooking shell
  • Cut bread slices into small cubes
  • Place bread on top of crabmeat mixture
  • Cover each shell with aluminum foil
  • Bake at 375 degrees for about 10-12 minutes
  • Remove foil and pour one teaspoon of melted butter on top of each shell
  • Set oven to high broil and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until bread cubes are golden brown
  • If your oven does not have a broil feature continue cooking on bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes
  • Enjoy!

4 English Muffins
Country ham or Canadian bacon (optional)
4 servings or 1 packet of instant hollandaise (makes 4 servings)

 

  • Make 4 servings or 1 packet of instant hollandaise
  • Cook crab cakes or crab balls (see cooking instructions)
  • Cook ham or Canadian bacon
  • Toast English muffin
  • Poach eggs
  • Place ham or Canadian bacon on top of English muffin (optional)
  • Place half a crab cake or one 2oz. crab balls on top of bacon or ham
  • Place poached egg on top of crab cake or crab balls
  • Spoon hollandaise on top of eggs
  • Enjoy!
You will need:

1 pound of shrimp (largest possible)
¼ pound of melted butter
Pam or cooking oil
(makes 2-3 servings)

  • Preheat oven to bake at 375 degrees
  • Peel, devein, and butterfly shrimp
  • Melt a quarter-pound of butter
  • Place about 1 ounce of crab cake or crab ball onto each shrimp
  • Bake a teaspoon of butter for oven each stuffed shrimp
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown
  • Enjoy!
